Does
this shaver get the area smooth and hairless or does it leave stubble?
Our shavers leave you smooth. Yes, it leaves you very smooth and does not leave
stubble. We would not risk our reputation on a shabby product. This product is
a very high quality!
Is
there a way to clean or replace the blade or do you just have to buy a new shaver?
Yes. There is a way to clean the blade and head of the shaver. We recommend cleaning
the shaver after each use with the proper brush. Each shaver comes with a cleaning
brush which is used for the head and the blades. The shaver will last a very long
time and most people never need new blades unless you drop your shaver. We do
sell a replacement blade kit for the Cleancut which includes the blade and screen.
The blades are adjustable. Our DVD explains the adjustment process.(coming soon)
Does
the shaver come with instructions?
Yes. The shaver comes with directions
on use, cleaning instructions, maintenance, safety & more. Our DVD explains
this (coming soon).
Is
there a warranty on the shaver?
Yes. The Cleancut shaver is warranted
for one year from date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects. In the
case of manufacturers defect an exchange or repair will be made upon receipt and
inspection of the original personal shaver. Please contact us for an RMA #.
What
is your policy on returns?
We are a small company and customer satisfaction
and service means the world to us. We warrant against any manufacturer defects
up to one year from purchase date. We do not refund any charges relating to shipping.
Any and all returns must contact us for an RMA for manufactures defects. Due to
the intimate nature of this product, for health and hygene reasons, we can not
accept returns. All sales are final. Due to this policy you can rest assured your shaver is not used.
Who
do you use for shipping?
We use UPS for shipping. UPS does not ship to
some destinations including PO boxes. In these cases we use USPS Priority mail.
You can select your shipping method and carrier durring checkout.
How
much are the shipping charges?
Shipping and handling charges as for the
United States are about $8.85. International shipping start at about $12.00 for USPS
Global Priority shipping. This form of shipping does NOT offer tracking. Global
Express Mail does track to most areas i.e. Canada, Western Europe etc..
Any taxes or fees are customers responsibility. Use UPS for the most reliable
tracking service and fastest delivery or you can use Global Express Mail from
the USPS.
How
long will it take for me to receive my order?
Since we ship UPS, all orders
within the USA will take up to one week to reach the West coast. We are shipping
out of MI, USA. Orders going to the North East will take 2-3 days from shipping
date. International orders take longer about 1 week (can take 1-8 weeks due to
the traveling and customs). In certain countries, the customs offices are VERY
slow due to the threat of terror. Most international orders are received within
2 weeks. We offer UPS RUSH orders 2-3 business days. You can select your shipping
preference during checkout and get prices.
Is
the shipping box discrete?
Yes. The boxes we use make no mention of what
is inside. The boxes are plain brown boxes. Your privacy is important to us.
Baby
powder...since it is required, is it included with all purchases?
Baby
powder is needed for obtaining best results when shaving and it is included
with each purchase.
Is
is safe to use a Credit card online?
Yes. Our site is secure and absolutely
safe for all credit card transactions and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and
top quality encryption to ensure that your credit card details are completely
secure.
Can
I pay with a money order?
Yes you can pay using a money order. We do not
accept checks. If you would like to pay using a money order here is what you can
do. Decide what you would like, and determine how much it will cost. Then click
here to our Mail order page. Print this page out, fill out the form, and mail
it in....its that simple.
I
am a retailer. Do you sell to retail outlets and distributors?
Yes we
do! We are a world wide distributor. We sell to retail stores regardless of whether
you own one store or a whole chain. We offer a distributor pricing schedule for
